40% of College Students Are Binge Drinkers, New Report Affirms
The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism echoed earlier reports that roughly 40 percent of college students are binge drinkers. Using a controversial definition for binge drinking, the report condemns "the culture of drinking" as "antithetical" to higher education.
