4 Are Charged in 1999 Fire That Targeted Agricultural Research at Michigan State U.
Authorities have arrested four people on charges related to a fire that caused $1-million worth of damage at Michigan State University's Agriculture Hall on New Year's Eve, 1999, the campus police and federal prosecutors announced on Tuesday in East Lansing, Mich. The four are believed to have been acting in the name of the Earth Liberation Front.
The fire began with an explosion on the third floor of Agriculture Hall, in the offices of the university's Agriculture
