32 Americans Win Rhodes Scholarships
Thirty-two American students were named as Rhodes scholars in November. The distinction covers all expenses for two or three years of study at the University of Oxford, in England.
This year's selections marked a comeback for Harvard University, which in many years has had more Rhodes scholarships awarded than any other American institution. After having none of the students whom it endorsed picked last year, Harvard saw six of its students win this year.
