32 American Students Are Named Rhodes Scholars for 2008
Thirty-two American students were named as Rhodes Scholars for 2008 on Sunday, each of whom will receive scholarships to study at the University of Oxford, in England, for two to three years.
Stanford University and the University of Chicago had the most recipients this year, with three apiece. The Ivy League had a strong showing as usual, with two winners each from Columbia, Harvard, and Princeton Universities, and one each from Dartmouth College, the University of
