3 Sudanese Colleges to Return Home
The Sudanese government has agreed to move three public universities from Khartoum, the capital, to the southern part of the country, which is controlled by the rebels of the Sudan People's Liberation Army. The agreement is part of a recent peace accord that is designed to end two decades of civil war.
