3 SUNY-Albany Football Players Charged With Rape
Dozens of students attended a rally against sexual violence at the State University of New York at Albany last week in response to allegations that three freshman football players had raped a female student in a dormitory.
The three athletes — Lorenzo Ashbourne, Charles T. Guadagno, and Julius Harris — were charged with first-degree felony rape and have been suspended from the university pending the outcome of the case.
