3 Projects for 2-Year Colleges Doing Institutional Research

In recent years experts in institutional research have started three national projects to help community-college leaders share data that will show them how their institutions stack up.

"There have been data-sharing consortia in four-year colleges for years," but nothing for community colleges until recently, says Jeffrey A. Seybert, an institutional researcher at Johnson County Community College, in Kansas, who runs two of the projects.
