3 Colleges Fight Subpoenas for Students' Names
Boston College, Boston University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology may be headed for a courtroom showdown with the Recording Industry Association of America over the legality of subpoenas that the industry group issued to the colleges as part of its campaign to curtail online music piracy.
