2 U.C.-Santa Cruz Students Are Charged in Armed Robberies

Those work-study jobs are starting to look better by the minute.

A National Merit Scholar at the University of California at Santa Cruz and her boyfriend, a philosophy major, were arrested last month in connection with two armed robberies that police say the students committed to support themselves in college.
