2 Regional Accreditors Report Various Actions
Regional accreditors have recently sanctioned one college, placed another back in good standing, and narrowly avoided punishing a third.
In February, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges moved to revoke the accreditation of the California College of Podiatric Medicine this month.
The college's president, John A. Hultman, said he would appeal the decision.
Dr. Hultman said the college had corrected several serious problems since accreditors visited in December,
