2 Officials Reinstated at Nevada College
A state judge told the Community College of Southern Nevada last week to reinstate two demoted administrators, reversing a contentious decision by the college system's Board of Regents and possibly setting up a showdown over who will run the largest college in the state.
The judge, Jackie Glass of the Nevada District Court in Las Vegas, ruled that the regents had violated the state's open-meetings law in making their decision.
