2 Major File-Sharing Services Are Not Liable for Illegal Copying by Users, Federal Appeals Court Rules
A federal appeals court has ruled that two well-known file-sharing services are not responsible for illegal copying of movies and music by the services' users, strongly upholding a ruling by a lower court.
