2 Heirs Sue Tulane U.
Two heirs of Josephine Louise Newcomb filed a lawsuit last week against Tulane University, saying it had violated the terms of Mrs. Newcomb's donation by dissolving its 120-year-old undergraduate college for women and blending it into a single, coeducational college.
