2 Fans Refine the Art of Rooting
Fans have long likened football games to military battles, but Carl Adair is surely the first one to shout epic war poems from the stands.
In September, Mr. Adair, a senior at the University of Rochester, brought a copy of Homer's Iliad to a home game against Gettysburg College.
