2 Community Colleges in Pennsylvania to Drop Out of Statewide Lobbying Group

Two Pennsylvania community colleges plan to drop out of their statewide lobbying association at the end of this month, saying that it has failed to exert enough influence in Harrisburg, the state capital, to justify the high cost of membership.
